The HSIC Registration Fee is $495

Registration gives you access to all scheduled conference events, meals and presentations as shown on the conference program.

The registration fee does not cover participants’ travel, hotel accommodations or expenses.

Cancellation Policy

We are only able to offer refunds of registration fees, less an administration charge of $150, for cancellations received by email or telephone before September 19, 2008 (1 month prior to the event). Cancellations received after this date are liable for full payment.
