Since graduating from Harvard Law School, Mr. Quinlan has focused his practice on providing sound regulatory advice to healthcare companies.  Mr. Quinlan has helped companies and individuals across the country navigate the complex regulatory environment of the healthcare industry. He has particular experience in analyzing arrangements for compliance with federal statutes such as the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark, and the Eliminating Kickbacks in Recovery Act, along with their state analogues. Mr. Quinlan’s clients include investment groups that need assistance evaluating the regulatory risk of an acquisition’s actual or potential business arrangements and operational/management teams that are in the process of implementing compliance programs. Mr. Quinlan also assists healthcare entities involved in privileges and credentialing disputes with medical professionals.

Mr. Quinlan understands the business and regulatory constraints that healthcare companies face, and his guidance helps clients pursue their financial goals without engaging in conduct that may result in a federal or state investigation or otherwise undermine the long-term viability of their efforts.
