Michele Masucci is a partner in Nixon Peabody’s Healthcare group, where she also served as practice group leader from 2010 to 2016. Michele represents healthcare companies and middle-market private equity firms in connection with their transactions and regulatory needs. She has particular expertise in dermatology, dental, ophthalmology, physical therapy, infusion, dialysis and pharmacy. Michele advises these providers on joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and contractual arrangements. She also helps her clients address the underlying licensure, fraud and abuse and other issues. Local and out-of-state clients involved in healthcare M&A turn to Michele when navigating the regulatory environment and to minimize the risk of regulatory challenges.
