Mick McGorty is Vice President, Integration Operations at Unified Women’s Healthcare, the largest OBGYN physician practice management company in the United States. A seasoned operator with experience in P&L ownership, scaling for growth, and standardizing best practices, Mick is responsible for all aspects of practice integration, including EMR implementation, shared services onboarding, change management, and value realization, serving as a key member of the deal team from prospecting to post-closing. He also leads Unified’s Operational Excellence initiatives to promote efficiency and coordination of enterprise projects.

Under his leadership, Unified has successfully integrated over 300 providers in 24 practices (including four affiliations in new markets) since 2020. Mick’s passion is the change management journey, ensuring alignment across a multitude of stakeholders, and working directly with physicians and practice administrators to ensure a best in class experience throughout the deal process and onboarding. He leads through building relationships, empathy, unyielding focus, and relentless accountability.

Prior to Unified, Mick spent 10 years with Cardinal Health, one of the largest medical supply logistics companies in the world, in a variety of leadership roles including Authorization Management, Revenue Cycle, and Finance.

Mick owns an MBA from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management, and a BSC from Ohio University. He resides in the Atlanta, GA area with his wife, two sons, daughter, and dog.
